2026, March 21

• Added a question mark menu item that points to another random Bear blog. This same link is put into the footer story of all pages.
• Added "custom-input" as classname for the blog search input field, which is now styled the same as for example my guestbook input fields.

2026, March 13

• The main menu items located at the bottom right of the screen now show at the top of the page in mobile view (screens less than 1200px in width). Until now, these menu items were hidden completely on smaller screens.

2025, May 29

• It might be a bit overdue, but now that summer is fast approaching, the snow-feature (see 2024, November 15) is deactivated. I might re-active this option again when winter is coming.

2024, November 22

• Moved the main menu to the bottom right corner for desktop screens (min-width of 1200 pixels). That makes the website look cleaner, as the menu does not continuously hover over all content as you scroll down. It's still on the top for mobile screens (max-width of 1199 pixels).
• Decreased the size of my avatar in the bottom right corner to 100 by 100 pixels.

2024, November 15

• It now snows on my website. Only when you want it to, though. Click the little snowflake icon in the footer of my website to toggle this very winter-y feature.
